Who We Are
The Screen Door Guy has been providing memorable service to valued customers in the Boise Valley for over twenty six years. We are confident that your experience with us will be so positive that you will want to recommend your closest friends and family to us.
When we are first introduced to a potential customer, we have a few specific goals in mind:
- To listen, and learn how we can meet their needs in an optimal way.

These elements are the foundation for providing our services. Once they are established, we focus on clearly communicating everything that will happen so there are no surprises. Once we have the job planned out, we then do the “little things” (which are not really little!) to ensure the customer is well-served.

We have bought four of these screen doors at two houses. Three of them operated perfectly, but the fourth did not stay closed. Screen Door Guy came out and took care of the issue. They stand by their product. These are the best screen doors in my opinion.

My husband and I had been contemplating Invisible Screen doors for both out patio and front door. Finally we both got so tired and frustrated with the sliding screen doors in our patio and I called Stephen. He came to my home a few days later. He was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. He was very detailed . I was able to pick colors of the casing /handles that perfectly matched the outside coloring of our home. Our patio doors are not standard as they are tall /oversized. He gave me a quote for both the patio and front door including installation. My husband and I were very pleased with the quote and proceeded . Within 3-4 weeks the screens were ready for installation. Adam arrived and installed the screens. He was very professional and informative. We are very happy with the new invisible screens and wished that we had done this sooner! I very highly recommend this company.
Saw what they did at our neighbors house for their master bedroom door and how much they enjoyed theirs so we did the same. Great quality and ease of use. After we had ordered ours, we realized the company had also provided the screen for our 10 foot double slider at our great room for the builder and we really love that set up too.
We purchased our screen doors overs ten years ago, and over the years the dogs had damaged the screens. I called Stephen out thinking we would have to replace them, however, he came, did his magic, and now they are like brand new again. The quality is awesome as is the customer service. The screen door works well. I love that it is hidden away from pets. Our other tradition sliding screen door kept popping out when our dog would lay against it. Very quick installation and our installer was friendly and knowledgeable.

Stephen and Adam were both great. Stephen came over for the estimate. He was quick, straightforward, and informative. Adam came back a few weeks later to install. Arrived ahead of schedule and completed the install I quicker than the estimated time frame. Left no mess, just a great quality screen door. These guys are the obvious choice - quick, friendly, experienced, respectful. Would definitely recommend them!

They installed my front door and master bedroom disappearing screens. Perfect fit/match and (once we had an appointment set) very quick. I highly recommend these folks!

Purchase and installation was easy, fast, and professional. The screen door is pretty and matches well. Trim is non-obtrusive. The door is easy to use and pretty much invisible. Haven’t had it lomg enough to attest to durability.
Love the screen and that it retracts. No need to store it somewhere during the winter and we can always enjoy our view when it's not in use because it retracts! Service from sale to install was five star. Everyone showed up on time. Door was ordered (half price down payment), it took less than 4 weeks to arrive and was installed in a little over an hour (final payment after installation). A traditional sliding door would have cost a lot more since our doors are 8 feet and would affect the view. Seriously happy with our decision!
