When we are first introduced to a potential customer, we have a few specific goals in mind:

These elements are the foundation for providing our services. Once they are established, we focus on clearly communicating everything that will happen so there are no surprises. Once we have the job planned out, we then do the “little things” (which are not really little!) to ensure the customer is well-served.
